Insurance e-mail

The e-mail was very shaky from the start. When reading through it, i got lost a number of times. They tried to explain step by step a complicated process for new e-mails, when each person would get them, and who exactly those e-mails were for. I felt like they should have sent an e-mail to each person saying we have new guidlines and here is what they are and what you can expect. But instead, they decided to try and explain everything in one e-mail and essentially seemed scatter-brained.
